Voldemort. He’s the character we all love to hate. With his snake-like face and long bony stature, his dark and inhuman nature makes him that much more interesting and evil. Having already debuted online, the trailer for “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” revealed to us the more human, but maybe even darker side of Voldemort. The child Tom Riddle finally has a face and it is that face which has people talking about the pure evil in He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named.

The trailer for the sixth installment of the Harry Potter series was released online Tuesday before its theater debut on Friday. Other than heightening excitement for the already highly-anticipated film, the trailer revealed the character of Tom Riddle played by Hero Fiennes-Tiffin. The Fiennes family is no stranger to the “Harry Potter” cast. Hero’s uncle, Ralph Fiennes, plays the role of Lord Voldemort in the film. Hero bears a strong resemblance to his uncle which adds to the quality of the characters. Aside from being his uncle’s look-alike, 11 year old Hero Fiennes-Tiffin is said to bring the same intensity to the film that his uncle offers. The cast also says Hero gives the film the strange darkness of Tom Riddle so well, it will surely give the audience chills.
