Daniel Radcliffe reunites with Emma Watson backstage at How to Succeed

While Daniel Radcliffe has been getting rave reviews on Broadway for his turn in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, his Harry Potter co-stars have been trekking across the pond to cheer him on. The latest superstar to visit Daniel Radcliffe at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre? Emma Watson, who has grown up with Radcliffe on and off screen while starring in the Harry Potter films. The duo struck a happy pose backstage while sporting huge grins.

Other Harry Potter stars who have turned up on the Great White Way to lend their support to Radcliffe include Evanna Lynch, Freddie Stroma, David Thewlis, Helen McCrory, Bonnie Wright, Mark Williams, Warwick Davis, James and Oliver Phelps.

Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe are gearing up to promote the final Harry Potter movie, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, with a huge premiere party set to take over Trafalgar Square in London. Radcliffe will trade his dancing shoes for his wizarding robes when he takes a break from How to Succeed on July 7, 8 and 9 to usher in the Harry Potter finale.

Meanwhile, Daniel Radcliffe has been enjoying stellar reviews in the How to Succeed revival, not to mention the many accolades that have been thrown his way. Entertainment Weekly said, “Daniel Radcliffe is triumphant,” while Variety said, “Daniel Radcliffe repeatedly brings down the house with a smile and a raised eyebrow.” Magical praise indeed! And Radcliffe has been nominated, along with the rest of the cast, for a slew of awards including a 2011 Drama League Award nod for Distinguished Performance, a 2011 Outer Critics Circle Award nomination for Outstanding Actor in a Musical and a 2011 Astaire Award nod for his dancing skills.

Congrats to Daniel Radcliffe and don’t miss his recent knockout performance on the Today show!
