With barely a breath between his two films, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 and Rise of the Planet of the Apes, a very busy Tom Felton stopped by Conan and gave him the scoop on Harry Potter coming to a close .
The Harry Potter star talked about wands, broomsticks and his character, the conflicted villain Draco Malfoy, plus the effect he has when he meets some of his young fans.
“Small kids are generally a little shy around me, me being my character, and actually it freaks them out even more when I smile and I’m really nice to them…”

Ever wondered what type of music the Harry Potter stars are into? Matthew Lewis chatted about his character Neville Longbottom and his fave music during a recent interview with Rolling Stone. The 22-year-old actor even took a guess at what music Neville might like! Watch the video after the jump!
As for playing the trouble-prone tyke turned sword-wielding hero, Lewis found a few comparisons in their journey growing up. “When I first started, Neville and I were pretty similar. I was a short, chubby kid, pretty shy,” Matthew Lewis reminisced.
“We both just grew up, and I’ve become more confident in myself and my acting, in life in general, and Neville went on to become a real hero. I don’t think I’m quite as courageous as he is.”

Just a week and a day before the birthday of his onscreen alter ego Harry Potter, Daniel Radcliffe celebrates his birthday! Harry Potter’s big day? July 31. And Daniel Radcliffe’s birthday? July 23, when the actor will turn 22!
What a year it’s been for the young superstar! Not only did he bid farewell to the Harry Potter franchise which catapulted him to fame, but he also didn’t waste a second before heading back to the Great White Way in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Fans can currently catch him on Broadway performing the show eight times per week as the upwardly mobile J. Pierrepont Finch.
“I’m on Broadway at the moment, it’s an incredibly fun show, and I get to work with incredibly fun people, which means I get to play and have fun every night,” Radcliffe said during a recent interview on The Early Show (see the video below!).

After sharing the enchanted world of Harry Potter with fans in New York City, Harry Potter: The Exhibition will pack up its wizardly bags and head to Australia for the next leg on the tour this November.
Harry Potter star Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom) recently gave excited fans in Sydney a sneak peek of what to expect. Hundreds of props, costumes, creatures and other artifacts from the Harry Potter films, including Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, will be on display in an immersive experience for fans.

Daniel Radcliffe stepped out for his first appearance on The Daily Show where he chatted with host Jon Stewart about the end of Harry Potter and the final film in the series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2.
What else did Radcliffe say? The 21-year-old actor talked about his emotions and the Harry Potter grieving period while moving on to his current gig, performing How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying eight times per week on Broadway at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre.
He also discussed how he and the cast never felt jaded as they grew up on the Harry Potter set.

Get out the tissues once again! In a new video featurette from Warner Bros, the stars of Harry Potter get nostalgic on the set during their last days of filming. And it is definitely a tearjerker as you’ll see below.
Stars like Alan Rickman (Severus Snape), David Thewlis (Remus Lupin), Robbie Coltrane (Rubeus Hagrid) and Helena Bonham Carter (Bellatrix Lestrange) are feted on the set as they take their final bows to cheers from the rest of the cast and crew.
“We’re like a family. Each person’s last day was quite emotional,” producer David Heyman says. “We always knew we were coming back. And this time we knew we weren’t.”

Between his nightly gigs dancing on stage in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Daniel Radcliffe found time to visit with some popular morning shows in NYC to chat all things Harry Potter.
The energetic 21-year-old appeared on both the Today show and Live with Regis and Kelly where he discussed everything from his birthday to Broadway. Regis and Kelly even broke out an old clip from Daniel Radcliffe’s very first appearance on their show for Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. Watch video clips below!

Rupert Grint has brought a new level of fame for redheads and takes pride in not only being a ginger off screen but onscreen as well in his years portraying Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter films.
“I’ve always been quite a proud ginger,” Rupert said during a recent press day full of interviews in New York. “Having ginger hair is not the coolest thing really. It’s nice that Ron is quite a respected ginger and Prince Harry as well. Yeah, I get a lot of support from the ginger community.”
While the emotions have been quite strong for the 22-year-old actor as he promotes the last Harry Potter film, he says he’s finally coming to terms with the end even though filming finished last summer.

What did Emma Watson have to say about fame and her years on the set of Harry Potter? It’s no surprise that after playing the brainy and beautiful Hermione Granger since the age of nine, Emma is recognized the world over and finds that she has lots in common with the young witch.
“I’m very heady in the same way she is, kind of constantly thinking three or four moves ahead. I try and intellectualize a lot, which she does well, obviously. She’s very determined. I am as well,” Emma Watson said recently during a press day in New York.

After Emma Watson cast a spell on The Late Show with David Letterman, Tom Felton had his turn to sprinkle a little magic of his own at the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City. On Letterman, the 23-year-old star shared the stage with Regis Philbin and barely got a word in! See the video below…
Tom Felton, who embodies Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter films, has had a whirlwind couple of days along with the rest of the cast. After last week’s London premiere, the cast flew stateside for the New York premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2.
To the delight of the hungry crowd, Felton played the part of pizza delivery guy when he passed out pies to fans who had camped out the night before the premiere.
